- This appointment is for a total of 32 hours per week or a flexible job share of 16 hours per person, 38 weeks per year (term time only). The working hours will be Monday - Friday 8.30am – 15.30pm (32 hours), with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. We will consider full-time applications; however, our preference is a job share.

School Administrator - possible job share job summary
We are seeking a suitable person with appropriate skills and experience to join our established office team. The right character, team spirited with a strong belief in good customer service, the ability to keep calm and be prepared for almost anything will be important attributes for this position.
The school office is a very busy and fast-paced environment, where the requirements and needs of the staff and children regularly change with short notice, so the successful candidate will need the ability to be flexible, have strong multi-tasking skills.
The ideal candidate will:
Enjoy customer service and have a professional attitude with all clients
Have strong interpersonal skills and be discreet with information
Have a willingness to learn and display initiative to prioritise tasks and multi-task
Work as a team member and have strong communication skills
