What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a highly organised, IT literate individual with extensive administration experience with GSCE Maths and English at Grade C.
This role is fast-paced and multi-faceted, so the ideal candidate must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and work well under pressure.
School experience is not essential as a proven background in a different setting will be considered.
You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties, which include welcoming all visitors to the school, answering all calls and a broad range of administrative tasks.
This is a hands-on role working to established processes/procedures without close supervision, other than that provided through working arrangements, methods and procedures.
The position requires strong multitasking skills to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A flexible approach to this role is essential to ensure the demands of the school are met.
