We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to strengthen the vital link between home and school, ensuring every child is supported to thrive. As the primary point of contact for parents and carers, you will lead our approach to family engagement, building positive relationships, promoting pupil welfare, and improving attendance and engagement. Through proactive pastoral care, you will offer guidance, coordinate family support initiatives, and work with external agencies to ensure that pupils and their families receive the help and resources they need to succeed.

Alongside this, you will play an important part in the smooth and professional operation of the school, providing high-quality support across staff welfare, HR administration, safeguarding compliance, and whole-school organisation. Working closely with the School Operations Manager and Senior Leadership Team, you will help maintain a safe, inclusive and supportive environment by ensuring our processes are robust, efficient and fully compliant. This is a multifaceted role that demands excellent interpersonal skills, discretion, and a strong commitment to our school’s values and ethos.

It is essential that you have a full driving license and access to a vehicle for this role.
