About the RoleAs a School-Based Social Worker, you will:
Support Students: Work directly with children, fostering a supportive and inclusive school environment.
Collaborate with Staff: Partner with teachers and school staff to develop strategies that promote student wellbeing and success.
Engage with Families: Provide guidance and advocacy support to families, empowering them to champion their children's needs.
Build Partnerships: Collaborate with external agencies to deliver holistic support for our students.

What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a dedicated professional who is:
Qualified and Registered: You must hold a relevant social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England.
Experienced in SEN: Extensive experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs, is essential.
A Skilled Communicator: You excel at building strong relationships with children, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
Proactive and Empathetic: You are driven to create positive change and passionate about supporting children to thrive.
