School Business Assistant job summary
Grade 5 £24,404 to £24,790 per annum pro rata
28 hours per week, 41 weeks per year, 8.15 am to 3.45 pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
You will help to ensure the smooth running of the school by providing support in a range of administrative tasks including supporting the senior team, ordering, school trips, reception, correspondence and events.
You should have experience of working in an office environment and be able to use Microsoft packages (e.g. Word, Excel, and Outlook). You should be able to maintain confidentiality, relate well to others and work as a team. Attention to detail and good communication skills are also essential.
There is some flexibility with the start and finish times and days, which can be discussed at interview.
