  • Be suitably qualified and have significant experience, including excellent financial, administration, communication and organisational skills
  • Be able to demonstrate an excellent track record of working in a public or private sector organisation at senior management level, encompassing budget, financial and resource management, personnel and HR issues, premises management and whole school administration
  • Demonstrate a welcoming, positive approach with pupils, parents and staff
  • Provide a healthy and safe environment for the whole school community
  • Be committed to contributing to school improvement, as a member of the Senior Leadership Team

The Governors of the Parkview Primary School and Redwood Primary School Federation invite applications from all who have suitable experience and qualifications, for a full time School Business Leader post, mainly based at Redwood Primary School.

Due to the upcoming retirement of the current post-holder, we are offering an exciting opportunity for the potential career development of an existing Business Manager to lead across two schools within our federation. We are looking to appoint a School Business Leader to lead and manage the business functions of the schools, including the budget and ICT as well as management of admin, midday and premises teams, supporting the provision of a first-class education for all of our pupils.
