The Governors and Headteacher are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, innovative and experienced Business School Manager to join our fantastic school.

The successful candidate:

  • Has experience of managing finance and an understanding of the need to secure best value;
  • Has the ability to manage a wide range of stakeholder relationships;
  • Can manage complex administrative procedures;
  • Is able to supervise and support staff to deliver efficient operations of the school;
  • Will be able to exercise discretion and confidentiality;
  • Is forward-thinking and approachable;
  • Is proactive in seeking opportunities to improve school systems and processes;
  • Is a confident decision maker;
  • Is able to establish positive relationships;
  • Will be an active member of our school team and contribute to the school’s strong ethos and vision for excellence;
  • Has a strong work ethic and enjoys a fun and dynamic work environment.

Key areas of responsibility will be:

  • Finance; securing financial sustainability in the medium to longer term;
  • Administration ensuring delivery of core reporting to both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Leading the Administration team, Catering team Lunchtime Supervisors and Premises teams;
  • Premises supporting the Caretaker in maintaining and enhancing our current facilities and health and safety requirements and regulations including GDPR.
