What skills and experience we're looking for

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Trust and to play an integral role in the growth and development of The Blue Coat School, Basingstoke

We are seeking a motivated, flexible and friendly team player with excellent organisational skills to undertake the day to day business management functions of the school and help with other financial, personnel or administrative tasks as required by the Trust.

The Blue Coat School Basingstoke is part of a growing Multi Academy Trust which currently consists of 10 schools, athriving School Centred Initial Teacher Training establishment (SCITT) which has over 100 trainees and from September 2021 South Farnham School was awarded Teaching School Hub status which is a fantastic accolade for both the school and Trust.
