Windsor Learning Partnership are seeking to appoint a highly motivated band skilled professional to join us as School Business Manager across Oakfield First School and Clewer Green CofE First School.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, enthusiastic and will have experience of managing complex budgets and producing monthly management accounts. Experience in Human Resources and Facilities Management would also be beneficial.
As part of the Senior Leadership Team the School Business Manager will work closely with the Executive Head and the Trusts Chief Financial Officer to drive excellence in financial and operational performance.
Key Duties include, but are not limited to:
Produce and report monthly management accounts
Annual budget preparation and regular monitoring
Ensuring that all financial transactions, including payroll forms, are processed in accordance with regulations set by the Trust
Provide analysis and advice to the Executive Headteacher on a variety of management information
Oversee the maintenance of the school sites, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of facilities
Line management of admin team members
Oakfield First School and Clewer Green CofE First School are part of Windsor Learning Partnership which includes Windsor Girls’ School, The Windsor Boys’ School, Dedworth Middle School, Dedworth Green First School, Clewer Green CofE First School and Oakfield First School.
