School Business Officer job summary

We are seeking a talented School Business Officer to join us to play an important role in managing the School’s Finance, Human Resource and Compliance function. This post would suit a specialist in Human Resources looking for an exciting position at a high profile school.

The post holder will oversee the day-to-day Human Resource management tasks, and work in partnership with the School Business Leader to ensure the School is compliant with employment law. They should also have experience of School financial management.

We are looking for an individual who is flexible in approach and has a real desire to make a positive impact on our School community. The post would suit an experienced HR professional who would like to progress to being a School Business Manager/Leader.
