SALARY: £26,715 FTE (actual salary £23746.66)
WORKING HOURS:
37 hours per week time only position plus one week (at the end of August). Based at TKAT Central Head Office at Sidcup with scope for agreed home working.

An exciting vacancy has arisen for an Administrator support role to assist and support the expanding SCITT programme run by TKAT (The Kemnal Academies Trust). TKAT SCITT is a highly successful School-Based Initial Teacher Training programme. We offer high quality training through our partnership of primary and secondary schools in South East England.
The successful person will have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal and the ability to work independently and within a team. Knowledge of Google workspace, Word, Excel and Outlook is essential. The successful candidate will oversee the promotion and marketing of the SCITT.
Purpose of Job:
Providing high quality administrative and recruitment support to TKAT’s School Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT).
Key Responsibilities:
-The SCITT Administrator is a unique post that requires outstanding verbal and written communication skills along with a substantial level of self-reliance, creativity and initiative.
-To provide admin support to the SCITT Course Administrator, including the organisation of interviews and recruitment events, collation of trainee documentation,
minute taking, drafting of written communications, collation of assessment records and other trainee information as required.
-To serve as a point of contact for the SCITT, handling written and telephone enquiries from potential applicants, external agencies and other stakeholders.
-To support the administration of the trainee recruitment process.
-To administer and minute Board and Committee meetings as necessary.
-To prepare and attend recruitment fairs alongside the SCITT team to promote the programme.
-To oversee the marketing and promotion of the SCITT.
-To attend, DfE, Student Finance and NASBTT training events for administrators.
