What skills and experience we're looking for
Required from 1 September 2023: Staploe Education Trust is seeking to recruit a School Family Worker to support Soham Village College, The Shade Primary School and Kennett Primary School, to strengthen family relationships and increase engagement with parents in their children’s education and the wider community.
The role of the School Family Worker is to work with parents, carers and children with emerging needs to provide a mixture of individual and group interventions (with an emphasis on early intervention), up to higher threshold services, to improve outcomes for these children and their families.
