School Finance Assistant job summary
36 hours per week, 41 weeks (term time + 2 weeks)
Salary PS4: (£24,275 to £25,993 FTE). Starting pro-rata salary £21,954.60
Working hours are 36 hours per week, across 5 days, but there is some flexibility in work pattern.
As a member of our finance team, you will be responsible for a diverse range of financial tasks, assisting with the efficient management of school funds. Your key duties will include processing invoices, printing and preparing orders, checking prices, scanning, printing and filing invoices, checking and categorising finance emails.
Requirements
To succeed in this role you should possess
- Previous experience in a finance/administration role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to work accurately with numbers and data.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
