School Improvement Advisor (Warwickshire) job summary
Do you want to be our School Improvement Advisor ?
We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and innovative colleague to join our school improvement team. In this key role you will work alongside the Director of Education (DoE) and Deputy Director of Education to support schools and leaders, to implement relevant strategies and best practice to secure the best outcomes for the 4000+ pupils within our care.
We want to appoint someone who shares the vision of the Trust, who embodies the values of the Trust and one who can contribute to the direction of school improvement across the Trust.
We recognise that you may come from a different faith background or have no faith yourself. Whatever your personal belief, we would be seeking to appoint a School Improvement Advisor who is able to uphold the Christian ethos and values of the Trust and speak passionately and with conviction about them.
To join us you will need a background gained in a school as a Headteacher. It is essential that you have a proven track record in school improvement and have experience of Ofsted inspections. It is desirable that you have a strong understanding of inclusion and are passionate about ensuring the most vulnerable pupils receive the very best opportunities to succeed as possible. We want someone who can inspire others, promote continuous learning, and build strong productive relationships. Knowledge of safeguarding legislation regarding young people will also be essential.
