School Improvement Officer job summary

We are looking for an exceptional individual who shares the vision and values of Ethos Academy Trust, and who will be ambitious for Enrich Academy and all its staff and pupils.

We are seeking to appoint a strong and experienced individual to work alongside the leadership team to ensure continuous improvement in the quality of provision at Enrich Academy whilst developing a positive culture, leading school improvement at pace and accurately measuring impact to secure the highest quality of education for students.

This role is fixed term temporary from 1 January 2025 to 31 August 2025. We have secured external funding for this position and are flexible around the number of contracted hours per week. Full time hours would be 32.5 hours per week, term time only. The number of weekly hours will determine the length of the fixed-term contract and part-time hours would extend the length of the fixed term contract into Autumn term.
