We are looking to appoint passionate and dedicated Administration Assistant to join our academy, to support Senior Leadership Team in providing general clerical, administrative and finance support.
Key responsibilities:
• To assist in the lunchtime supervision of pupils to ensure that the meal is completed on time in a safe and hygienic setting.
· Support children with eating when required
· Supervise pupils over the lunchtime period in the playground
· Leading and taking part in games and activities with pupils
• Liaise with First Aiders when required
Pay: NJC SP2 £12.26 per hour
Qualifications and Skills:
• Educated to a good standard
• Experience of working effectively in a learning/childcare setting or experience with supporting
children
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to the academy’s values and ethos
