The hours for the role are 9 hours per week (Monday to Friday, term time only) and the actual salary is £4,261.18 (FTE £20,442).

The role involves some light physical duties such as setting up tables and tidying up after the lunch service which are organised on a rota basis, helping children with their eating and encouraging good manners. The rest of the time is spent in the playground, engaging children in safe play which could involve some one to one support and behaviour management with the support of your team and the Class Teachers on duty.

Good time keeping and the energy needed to work well as part of a team, good communication skills and awareness of safeguarding are vital. In return, you will join a welcoming, supportive team in a school with a vision for providing outstanding learning for all.
