School Office Administrator job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and efficient office assistant to join our team. Our friendly office team is pivotal to our success and efficient running of the school, providing a great deal of support for our staff, parents and visitors. Our dedicated and hardworking team are looking for an individual who demonstrates high levels of spoken and written communication, professionalism and initiative. Main purpose of the job
The office administrator will assist the office manager in the smooth-running of the school office. They will provide full and effective administrative support to the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher and Office manager. They will also act as the initial point of contact for parents/carers, visitors and other stakeholders, so will be an ambassador for the school and embody the value, vision and ethos of the school in all interactions. They will be required to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people, and follow school policies and the staff code of conduct.
