School Office Administrator job summary
We are looking for a friendly, efficient and knowledgeable administrator to join our lovely infant school. You will be the welcoming “front face” of our school and as such be smartly presented, professional, helpful, able to show initiative and to go the extra mile to support our staff, children and families.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has ideally at least 2 years customer service and administration experience in a school, charity or other complex “front facing” organisation
• Has a positive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to problem solve, pursue a solution and communicate clearly and professionally with our community.
• Is able to juggle a range of tasks and requests simultaneously all the time maintaining a big smile!
