School Office Administrator job summary
St Mary’s Catholic Primary School is a delightful one form entry primary school educating approximately 200 pupils and is located towards the North of Northampton. We are part of Our Lady Immaculate Catholic Academies Trust which is a large new Catholic Multi Academy Trust situated in the northern half of the Catholic Diocese of Northampton formed by the merger of three former Catholic Trusts in February 2020. The Trust currently leads and manages ten Catholic primary schools located across the geographical area of Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire and, two Catholic secondary schools.
The school is seeking a highly committed and passionate School Office Administrator to provide an effective support of the school’s administrative systems as part of a supportive team. You would be joining a nurturing and caring school environment underpinned by a Catholic ethos and educational focus, whose aim is for every pupil to leave with a strong moral purpose, high aspirations and immense pride in what they have achieved during their time with us. With the support of the Trust, St Mary’s is on an incredible journey of school improvement. Through a relentless focus on pupil progress and end of Key Stage outcomes, a strong emphasis on staff development and additional day-to-day support with financial and operational management, we have built the foundations for a bright and exciting future for this school.
The vacancy is 32.5 hours per week, term time+ 5 inset days= 39 weeks, 08:30-15:30 Monday-Friday.
