Term Time Only plus 5 INSET days

37 hours per week;
Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 4.00pm
Friday 8.00am - 3.30pm

Salary Grade 6: £24,702 - £26,873 (pro rata, per annum)

Actual Annual Gross Salary: £21,206 - £23,069

Start Date: As soon as possible (dependant on pre-employment checks)

About the Role:- The Cherwell School are looking for an enthusiastic School Office Administrator to join our busy and friendly office team. This role is pivotal in supporting the day-to-day smooth running of the office and wider school. The role will include administrative duties and first aid/student welfare support, as well as providing reception cover when it is required. The successful candidate should be able to interact well with staff, students and visitors, be able to work independently but also as part of a team. Experience working within a similar environment would be an advantage however training and guidance would be provided.

About our School:- We are a high performing and oversubscribed comprehensive school in Oxford with approximately 2,000 students on roll, including 680 in the Sixth Form. We are delighted that we were judged ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted (October 2022), as we feel this is a fair reflection of the school, not least as we recognize that we have the capacity to develop and improve further.
