Pay Scale 5 Point 12 - 17 (FTE £26,421 - £28,770) dependent on experience
Full Time 37 hours per week, Term time only plus 5 Training Days & 5 Additional days (40 weeks)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our office team at Milton Road Primary School. We are looking for an experienced School Office Manager to help warmly welcome our community into the school, help ensure the smooth running of the school, including overseeing Management Information Systems and providing support to our Head teacher. Will be able to align with our school’s visions, values and CREW ethos and uphold our school’s policies
Will be able to work closely and effectively with the Head teacher and other members of our leadership to help the school continue to realise it’s vision, mission and aims
Has experience of managing complex manual & computerised record/information systems
Is able to work calmly and efficiently and is able to lead and inspire others in the office team
Leads on the development of recording, reporting & information systems
Is able to manage complex complaints on behalf of the leadership team
Is able to plan, develop and organise a range of support service systems, procedures and policies within the school
With the head teacher lead on effective communication processes for the school including the school website, newsletter and social media
Liaise with a range of other educational professionals e.g. on pupil admissions and attendance
Manage completion of statutory returns including e.g. the school census
Is a team player, has a positive outlook and is able to work in partnership with the whole school community Milton Road is a large, two-form entry primary school in the North of Cambridge, in the heart of the historic City of Cambridge.
