The Severn Bridges Multi-Academy Trust and Governors of Mount Pleasant Primary School wish to appoint a dedicated and suitably experienced School Office Manager to join our enthusiastic and supportive staff team.
We are looking for a School Office Manager who:
Is enthusiastic, friendly, motivated, flexible, calm and has a sense of humour.
Will ensure the smooth running of all the business functions, which occur at school level.
Will work closely with the Central MAT team where certain key functions are split between the school and the Central team.
Manage the other staff in the school office and work with them and the Head Teacher to ensure the school operates effectively and efficiently supporting the school leadership team.
Is able to organise workload, manage several tasks and delegate tasks.
Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
Has knowledge of school systems (Arbor) and good ICT skills using various software (online payment system, Google, Word, Excel, online diaries, website and social media platforms). Training will be given.
Will have experience of working in a school setting or other relevant environment.
