School Office Manager

37 hours per week, term time only plus 15 days

Actual Salary Range £23,577 to £25,546

The Directors of St Cuthbert’s RC Academy Trust are seeking to appoint a motivated and experienced Office Manager to join the team at St George’s VC Academy, Scarborough. This is a permanent role.

You will have the important role of promoting the school positively amongst colleagues and within the local and extended community. You will provide accurate and current information (written and verbal), as well as appropriate advice and support to staff, pupils, parents and other contacts. Under the leadership of the Head of School, you will undertake administrative, HR, appropriate data management, financial and organisational processes within the School. You will also line manage one Administrative Assistant, including training, mentoring and developing this member of staff.

Experience of managing administrative work in a busy office environment is essential and within an educational setting is preferable. It is also essential that you have Administrative and ICT qualifications and experience preferred of using Arbor.
