The Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Office Manager to serve as the first point of contact for parents and visitors. The successful candidate will be integral to our school's daily operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes and contributing to our strong Catholic ethos.

Key Responsibilities:


Clerical Duties: Data entry, copying, typing, managing emails, and utilising school MIS systems

Communication: Answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to enquiries.

Administrative Support: Assisting school staff with various administrative tasks.

Data Management: Maintaining and updating school records and databases.

Financial Administration: Managing parent accounts and fees, accounts receivable/payable, and overseeing licences and third-party contracts.

Required Skills:


Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.

Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication with staff, parents, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Google Suite (shared drives, calendar, email, surveys, virtual meetings), other online platforms, relevant software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Data Entry: Accuracy and speed in data entry and information management systems.
