What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidates will have;

  • Proven experience in an operational management role, preferably within the education sector.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teaching and non-teaching staff.
  • Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in IT and administrative systems.
