What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will be a valued staff member who will interact with a range of stakeholders including

staff, governors, parents, pupils and other advisors. They will have a close working partnership with the existing

SBM, with both reporting to the Co-Headteachers. They will need to be highly organised, work well as part of a

team and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have:

• CSBM qualification, although this is not essential, candidates should have a willingness to undertake the qualification or be in the process of obtaining it.

• Sound experience of financial management

• A good understanding and knowledge of human resources management and payroll

• An understanding of facilities management, including health and safety

• An ability to identify, research and develop, cost and implement new initiatives
