School Premises Manager job summary

The role of School Premises Manager is crucial to the smooth running and future development of the school. The post has responsibility for ensuring that the school is safe for usage at all times taking the lead role in the maintenance and general up-keep of the school and associated buildings. The Premises Manager will ensure the security and cleaning of the building ensuring that all duties are undertaken within the requirements of Health & Safety Regulations. 

We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and skilled School Premises Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, safety, and security of the school premises, ensuring that the site is safe, clean, and fully operational at all times. This role is crucial to supporting the smooth running of the school and creating an environment where our children can thrive.

The Trust’s vision is to support young people to develop the aspiration, motivation and to be successful; we have high ambitions for all young people in our academies and this role will be central to ensuring that everything about the way we work supports this.
