Bluebell Primary School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated and dedicated School Secretary to join the team.
Our school vision is "kindness to ourselves, each other and our world" and as the first face, parents and visitors see, and callers hear, we need a kind person to represent Bluebell to the rest of the world. Bluebell Primary school is based in Norwich, with children aged from nursery to year 6 . We pride ourselves on our wonderfully inclusive, diverse school community. A person is sought who enjoys being in a pleasant, varied and interesting working environment with an already well-established team.
Applicants should have very good interpersonal skills; good general knowledge of ICT and data based applications, word processing and general office skills. These are essential to enable the post holder to maintain the day to day administrative processes for the Academy.
Personal qualities are also of paramount importance and the person appointed will be expected to display enthusiasm, energy, good humour, flexibility and reliability. They must also have the ability to work independently and as part of a busy team.
