Are you organised, approachable, and ready to be the heartbeat of a busy school office?
We are looking for a proactive and friendly school secretary to join our welcoming team in a job share role, working all day Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in keeping our vibrant school running smoothly and become a valued part of our school community.
The successful candidate will:
- Be calm, patient, and caring
- To have experience working with various computer packages and Management Information Systems (e.g. SIMS, Arbor), is desirable
- To have knowledge of EYFS funding and school administrative processes, is desirable
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a good sense of humour
- Be highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Work closely and professionally with staff, parents, and visitors
- Show initiative, attention to detail, and discretion when dealing with sensitive information
- Be willing to contribute to the shared goals and values of the Churchside Federation
- Have a firm commitment to our Christian ethos, vision and values
- Hold relevant qualifications for the role (desirable but not essential)
