What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a team player to join our small rural school in the vital office role. You will be the first call for parents and visitors, and oversee all the administrative needs of the school. Reporting to the Executive Head, you will deal with phonecalls, post, visitors and deliveries, as well as responding to enquiries and dealing with day to day administration. You will be proactive, friendly and professional, able to keep calm under pressure, handle competing priorities and have an eye for detail.

We are a small staff team who are welcoming and supportive. All staff are further supported by the wider network of the Trust. Development opportunities are available through the wider Trust, and we have cross-school disciplinary teams which is particularly helpful for admin staff where you may be the only one in your role in your own school.
