School Staff Instructor job summary
Manor Church of England Academy are seeking to appoint an experienced and suitably qualified individual as the School Staff Instructor (SSI) of the popular and well established Combined Cadet Force.
The post holder will support the Contingent Commander in running the Army division. The role of the CCF SSI will be to ensure the effective operation of all aspects of the CCF. The successful candidate will be committed to developing the very highest standards for schools Cadet Force and will be well qualified with a Regular, Reservist or a Cadet forces background at officer level and will be able to add significant value to the force, and to the school's Duke of Edinburgh programme.
Job Details
Hours of Work: 10.5 Hours per Week in Term Time.
Position Type: Permanent Post
Line Manager: Reporting to the Contingent Commander
Travel Required: Occasional to and from camp activities.

This role is offered with the expectation of involvement in up to three weekend camps across the year and a further week long camp.
