The science department has made huge strides in recent years, whereby we recently achieved our highest ever biology, chemistry and physics results, which were all in line or above national averages. Overall, 70% of all science qualifications achieved grade 4 or above this year. We are now looking to appoint the right candidate to lead the department on its next step on the journey to outstanding. Our team of specialist teachers deliver high quality lessons in specialist labs
within the school’s science and technology block. Teachers are also supported
by our highly experienced and fantastic science technician.
