The successful candidate will:

- Inspire and motivate our young people to fulfil their potential and be a passionate subject practioneer who will enthuse and show passion for their subject area.

- Demonstrate the drive and skill to raise standards of students' attainment and achievement in Science.

- Monitor and track student progress within their classes.
