Science Teacher - Chemistry (Maternity Cover) job summary

You will work alongside the Principal, Curriculum Director and UTC staff to further develop a centre of excellence focusing on Science, particularly Combined and Triple Sciences at KS4 and A-level Chemistry. You may also contribute towards the delivery of the Chemistry related parts of Level 3 BTEC Applied Science
You will be a highly skilled practitioner who understands the challenges of educating 13-19 year olds in an employer led technology rich environment. Effective partnership working is absolutely critical to the UTC’s success. We also welcome applications from newly qualified teachers who have the skills and attributes to develop their expertise within our unique environment.
