Chiltern Way Academy Trust (CWAT) provides cutting edge and transformational approaches to educating students with ASC and SEMH. We currently have seven campuses comprising of a PRU, secondary, primary and combined provisions.

The Chiltern Way Academy is a cutting edge and transformational Special Needs Trust providing high-quality education, care and therapy for the huge range of need that exists across the behaviour spectrum.
Our site in Basingstoke is an Alternative Provision for learners who have been permanently excluded, are at risk of permanent exclusion or have medical needs. We can support up to 42 learners on site and we also offer outreach services to support young people in mainstream schools who are facing barriers to inclusion.
We wish to appoint a Head Teacher at our Futures Campus to be responsible for leading and managing the school day and the leadership of whole school aspects in consultation with the Executive Principal and ELT. The ideal candidate will have substantial leadership experience and a proven track record of making considerable progress in critical school improvement.
