We are looking to appoint a dynamic, child centred teacher of science for the above position.
The successful candidate will be, or if ECT have the ability to become, an inspirational classroom practitioner.
The science team is very supportive with a broad range of specialisms across Biology, Chemistry and Physics. There are three full-time lab technicians and science is housed in refurbished accommodation. All teachers have their own laboratories, appropriately equipped for each specialism, with laptop and projector. Triple Sciences are offered as part of the KS4 options and students study the combined science GCSE course with excellent outcomes.
Frederick Gough School is an over-subscribed community school, which aims to ensure all of its learners leave as happy, well rounded, qualified individuals ready to succeed in the next chapter of their lives.
