About You:
Applications from experienced colleagues and Early Career Teachers are equally welcome. We have an outstanding ECT Induction programme to offer support to new staff alongside our Golden Threads of CPD for teachers at all stages of their career. At Hayle Academy we see our staff as our most important resource and our commitment to wellbeing has been recognised through the achievement of the National Wellbeing Gold Award.
