The Rochester Grammar School are seeking a qualified Science Teacher to join their team on a part-time, fixed term basis. The successful candidate will be a motivated and enthusiastic Science Teacher with the ability to teach across all key stages. You will be passionate about teaching and learning, ready to embrace new ideas, have a positive outlook and excellent interpersonal skills.

Our science department are experienced, well-resourced, and equipped with comprehensive schemes of work and lesson resources.

Our Science Teacher will;

  • Be an outstanding classroom practitioner
  • Have high expectations for achievements and behaviour
  • Be able to plan and deliver a creative and stimulating curriculum
  • Will contribute to the values, ethos and the development of our schools.

This post is suitable for an experienced teacher or ECT, and is initially offered as a Fixed Term Contract. It is likely that there will be an opportunity for the teaching hours to increase for the following academic year.
