We are currently looking for a dynamic, passionate and inspirational Maths Teacher, who has excellent subject knowledge and is able to contribute to continued improvements in progress and student attainment. This role would suit either a newly qualified teacher who is an excellent practitioner, or an experienced practitioner looking for a new challenge.

Trinity Academy Cathedral formally joined Trinity Multi-Academy Trust in March 2018. Working closely with outstanding leaders from across the trust, the leadership team has embedded robust, clear systems and support to ensure that teachers can focus on teaching and learning.

There has been significant improvement over the last two years and the academy is now the highest performing academy in Wakefield. Progress 8 outcomes stand at 0.78 (2019) from +0.66 (2018) and +0.54 (2017), which means we are comfortably placed in the top 5% of UK secondary schools.

As well as achieving great academic success, the academy’s reputation and popularity is growing.
