Full-time, Term-time plus 1 week (39 weeks per year)
Governors are seeking to appoint a Laboratory Technician to work as part of a small team providing a practical technician service to the teaching staff in support of the Science curriculum. Duties include preparing equipment and chemicals for practical lessons and ensuring laboratories and equipment are kept in a safe and tidy manner.
We are ideally looking for applicants with relevant experience, although experience in an educational setting is not essential. We would also welcome applicants with a high level of attainment in science examinations, with the drive and ability to learn on the job.
