Matthew Arnold School is an 11-18 comprehensive school in a pleasant setting, overlooking the city of Oxford, with an excellent local reputation.

We have a vacancy available in our successful Science Department, for a full-time technician to provide technical and practical support to teachers within a small team.

The person appointed will have good organisational and technical skills and will work well as a member of a team. Duties will involve developing and preparing materials for science lessons, cleaning, maintenance and storage of equipment, and providing administrative support to teaching staff. The successful candidate will ideally be confident working with students and must be willing to work collaboratively with teaching staff to provide technical support for these important areas of school activity.
