Plympton Academy have an exciting opportunity for a science technician to join their team, providing general, practical support within the science department. The successful candidate will prepare equipment and materials for lessons, examinations and controlled assessments in safe, clean working conditions, for use by teachers and students.

Our Science Technician will provide practical support for students in science lessons by carry out demonstrations, preparing resources and assembling apparatus as required. They will also ensure the Science area meets health and safety requirements and will lead on stock control and ordering as appropriate.

This is a part time, fixed term role working 17.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.45am - 12.15pm until August 2025.
