Education, Training and Experience
- GCSE English and Maths at Level 5 or above
- Interested in Science
- Awareness of Health & Safety
- Technical understanding of facilities and equipment
- A keen interest in young people as individuals, in how they learn, and in a collaborative approach to learning
- A good understanding of student needs, support and interventions
- Support necessary intervention and/or enrichment activities for students to further develop their experience within the school
- Commitment to the comprehensive ideal and to the principles and practice of equal opportunities and inclusion
- Positive and solution focused
- Flexible, able to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Effective oral and written communication
- Reflective, approachable and have a sense of humour
