Actual pay for 3.5 days per week £31,960 - £35,278.
A unique part time Leadership opportunity
This new role has arisen due to the expansion of the Bright Futures Development Network, of which The Alliance for Learning school centred initial teaching training (SCITT) is part. The Secondary Subject Lead will hold responsibility for the smooth running of the secondary programme, including supporting all trainees, interviewing potential candidates, running training sessions, and the design and implementation of the curriculum.
We are looking for a qualified teacher with successful teaching experience at Key stage 3 and 4, who has significant experience working in initial teacher training as a professional or subject mentor.
