Seclusion Manager job summary
This role will complement the professional work of teachers by takingresponsibility for implementing the school’s Positive Discipline Policy andmanaging an appropriate learning environment for students temporarily excludedfrom lessons.
The post holder will be responsible forrecording, monitoring, evaluating and reporting on behaviour data, and will organise and manage the learning environment and resources to provide appropriate educational provision in liaison with subject staff for students temporarily excluded from lessons.
