What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, enthusiastic and hardworking Second in English (KS3 Lead) to join our outstanding English Department. The post holder will be responsible for the strategic and day to day management and leadership of KS3 (years 7 & 8) English. Experience and ability to teach KS3 and KS4 English is essential. English GCSE results and progress has been outstanding over the past five years. We are looking to recruit a consistently good / outstanding teacher.
