Second in Maths - Deputy Head of Department job summary

Tuxford Academy are seeking to recruit an experienced, talented and dynamic leader to Second in Maths. The successful applicant will be passionate about curriculum design and able to inspire and support high standards of teaching and learning.

We are looking for an experienced leader who has:

Drive, ambition, vision and resilience
An up to date knowledge of subject specific curriculum developments
Commitment to achieving high standards and outcomes for all students
An understanding of the role of assessment
The ability to motivate, inspire and support our highly committed staff
Commitment to leading team CPD and working collaboratively
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
