What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, passionate and proactive leader as Second in MFL to help make a positive impact on the young people at our school.
The main purpose of the role will be to work under the direction of the Director of MFL to improve the quality of the curriculum in languages, implementing staff materials to support teaching and providing training to develop the standard of teaching.
The successful candidate should already have some experience of leading teachers and will be eager to develop their leadership skills by working alongside a passionate Director of MFL to ensure all pupils have the best possible experience of learning languages at Wednesfield Academy. They will also be able to work collaboratively ensuring that good practice is being shared with colleagues within their department and beyond.
