What skills and experience we're looking for

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and motivating individual who will inspire and engage our students. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Second in PE, who will also lead our Netball Academy. We are welcoming applications from female candidates due to the requirement of monitoring female changing rooms.

The ideal candidate will:

• Act as the strategic and operational lead for the Netball Academy, actively promoting participation and recruitment into Key Stage 5.
• Have experience of teaching across all key stages, including exam groups
• Have excellent line management and quality assurance skills and be able to deputise for the head of department as required
• Aspire to be a talented, dynamic and an ambitious teacher, who will ensure good progress for all students
• Have the ability to inspire, engage and enthuse students
• Be skilled at fostering independent and collaborative student-led learning
• Be required to be present in the female changing rooms during lesson time to assist students.
